Trying is believing, so we're excited for you to receive your new LeMond ebike and go for a ride. Original owners may return their order for a full refund any time within the first 14 days of their delivery date. LeMond will accept returns for new condition items and used/undamaged items.Â
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@lemond.com within 14 days of delivery.
If purchased outside of LeMond, please contact the bike shop/distributor and process your return through this avenue. We do not accept returns from bike shop purchases. Â
All refunds are credited to the original form of payment. The refund will consist of the original purchase value minus the original shipping cost, handling charges, and a 2.15% merchant fee incurred by LeMond. Â

New ReturnsÂ
Returns for new items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. For a return to be considered new, the following criteria must be met:Â
- Bikes must have less than 20 miles ridden.Â
- Include all original packaging, manuals, tags (if applicable), accessories, & components. Â
- No damage beyond normal wear & tear from riding.Â
If an item received by LeMond does not meet these requirements, it is considered a used return.Â

Used & Undamaged ReturnsÂ
Any return that is not considered "new" will be processed as a used & undamaged return.
At the discretion of LeMond Bicycles, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Should a customer incur a restocking fee, they will have the option to repossess their returned item at the cost of shipping.Â
We cannot process returns that have incurred any damage. This includes but is not limited to crashes, accidents, or improper use.  Â

Items Ineligible for ReturnÂ
Bikes/Accessories/Parts:
- Items purchased outside of LeMond.com.
- Bikes damaged beyond normal wear & tear. This includes but is not limited to crashes, accidents, or improper use of the item.Â
- Return is initiated outside of the 14-day return window.Â
- Items missing original components, packaging, accessories, etc.Â
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. Â

Return Shipping ProcessÂ
Bikes:
- Contact our customer service team at info@lemond.com to initiate your return.
- A LeMond representative will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Repackage the bike as it arrived. Click here for repackaging instructions.

Once repackaged, inform our customer service team, and they will schedule the pickup of the bike.Â
*If you need assistance repackaging your bike, a retailer can provide assistance. LeMond will not cover the repackaging costs. - Upon arrival, the bike will be thoroughly inspected for any defects. After inspection, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
LeMond is not responsible for any damage that occurs while your return is in transit.
