Returns

Together with our industry leading warranty, all LeMond products come with a 30 day return window.Trying is believing, so we're excited for you to assemble and fit your new LeMond bike, and go for a ride. Original owners may return their bike for a full refund any time within the first 30 days of their delivery date.

While we encourage you to go for a ride, we advise against riding your new LeMond bike in inclement weather, on rugged or dirty terrain or on any extended rides until you are confident you'll be keeping it. We also recommend that you retain your bike box and original packaging intact for re-boxing. While we have every confidence you will love your new LeMond bike, in the event that you do decide to return it, we encourage you to make your assessment as early as possible.

For bikes and accessories that are returned with signs of significant wear, damage, missing parts and without original or sufficient packaging, we may charge a restocking fee. In particular, we are looking for:
* Signs of major use on chain/cassette
* Any damages or scuffs to paint, decals or components
* Dirty bikes or components
* Missing parts, insufficient or poor packaging

In the event there is evidence of damage caused by improper use or accidents that renders the bike unusable or unrepairable, LeMond reserves the right to refuse a return and/or refund in its sole discretion.

All apparel and accessory returns will be processed once we have received and inspected that the items are in brand new condition with original packaging and/or tags.

Exchanges

Did you get the wrong size? We can process an exchange under the same terms as a return. As long as the product is in as new condition we'll help you get the right size.
