Greg LeMond: The Comeback

The Comeback chronicles the life of one of America's greatest athletes, from his roots in Nevada and California to the heights of global fame, to a falling out with his own family and a calamitous confrontation with Lance Armstrong over allegations the latter was doping--a campaign LeMond would wage on principle for more than a decade before Armstrong was finally stripped of his own Tour titles.

With the kind of narrative drive that propels books like Moneyball, and a fierce attention to detail, Daniel de Visé reveals the dramatic, ultra-competitive inner world of a sport rarely glimpsed up close and builds a compelling case for LeMond as its great American hero.

Great service, great products!

I can’t believe I bought a book! Something about the Badger made me want to read this story. Got it quickly and I’m deep into it! Paper, huh, takes me back.

Greg has always had a competitive edge, but what he endured at that time—is beyond what anyone can imagine. Great story from a true champion!

Back in the saddle

We recently moved to hilly Hickory, NC. At 65 and after living many years in places with relatively flat terrain, I feared that riding a bicycle for pleasure would become a thing of the past. I heard unappealing accounts of over-powered and extremely heavy ebikes that, for me, robbed cycling of all I enjoyed about it. Then I heard about the LeMond Dutch ebike. It is living up to my best expectations. I can still enjoy a tradional ride, but when the hills get steep, the pedaling, for me, is possible with one of three levels of assist. Besides being an outstanding ride, the bicycle is beautiful to behold. I expect to be out every day on my LeMond Dutch. Thank you for all the attention to detail and for making a phenominal bicycle.
